We are a small Montessori preschool beautifully located in central Vallentuna. We are now looking for a childcare worker/assistant eligible for support from the Employment Service – introduction job or restart job.

We are looking for a cheerful and positive person who finds it easy to collaborate and take initiative, responsibility, and has a strong commitment to the work.

You should have a professional attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues.

You must have at least a basic command of Swedish.

Pedagogical education and/or experience is an advantage. You should live within a maximum of 1 hour's travel to the preschool.

The work consists of assisting with practical tasks at the preschool: for example, taking care of the children, changing diapers, managing the kitchen/dishes, preparing snacks, disposing of garbage, simple cleaning when needed, and operating the washing machine. You will mostly work in the afternoons and must be able to close the preschool.

Start date is August 2026 with an internship in May-June. We begin with an internship as an introduction. The employment is a fixed-term position for a maximum of 2 years. The position may transition to a permanent employment.
